Our Story

Hi there! My name is Robin and I am the owner and operator of Gather & Graze YQL Inc.  I have always found joy in making food for others and with joy, I found creating charcuterie boards to be that creative outlet I was looking for. I started Gather & Graze YQL as a little hobby gig where I created charcuterie boards for my family and friends. Where are you located?

We’ve outgrown our location inside Monroe Studios and are happy to announce that we’ve MOVED to a new location in March 2023! We are now located inside the Paramount Building in downtown Lethbridge 719 4 Ave South, unit 120. We’re located on the main floor in between a law office and an aesthetics studio. Come in and enjoy some grab-and-go food or enjoy and quiet space to work.

Can I change the date of my order?

Yes, you sure can! If you’re looking for this option, we require a minimum 48 hours notice to postpone your order. The more time you can provide the better as all of our product is purchased fresh for your order up to 1 week prior.
We do not offer refunds, but we’d be more than happy to switch to an alternative date that works for you order and our availability. We suggest you choose a date within 3 months however, if you require a later time we can discuss that also.
In the event that you made an error on your order (ie. purchased the wrong size, too many add ons, etc), we can provide a refund for the difference of the error or for the extra product you chose up to 48 hours prior to your order date.

Can I make substitutions in my order?

Yes, you sure can! We offer GF, DF, No Pork, Vegan & Vegetarian options which are all options when you order on the website. These options require 24-48 hours notice. If your substitution order is required less than 48 hours, please text, call or direct message on social media. We often can get these orders in with less than 48 hours upon request.

If you have aversions to specific foods (ie. Olives), please put it in the comments section upon placing your order. If you have a specific allergy and require something to be omitted or want to check to see if it will be on our grazing pieces, please contact us.

How do I get details about Special Events?

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! We offer delivery on orders over $80 with a fee of $12 within Lethbridge. Our delivery time is Tuesday – Friday between 3:00PM – 4:30PM (will contact if it’s earlier). We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time as they are delivered in an order that is the most time-efficient. If you live outside of Lethbridge and would like delivery, please contact us. Our pick-up window is between 12-1PM unless an alternative time is requested.

What do I do if I have questions or want to talk about the order?

Can I send charcuterie as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! Charcuterie is such a great gift for any special occasion like welcoming a new member into the family, moving into a new home, for grieving families, anniversaries, birthdays, date nights, or really anything you can think of!

Our subscription boxes are also fantastic gifts, along with our regular boxes and boards. You can pick up your gift or have it delivered. See delivery question above.

Can I create a custom order?

Of course! The nice thing about charcuterie is that it is entirely customizable. So, if you have a special event/gathering with a specific vision, please contact us and we’d be happy to work together to build a grazing piece that matches your needs.
