• Cancellations with refund require a minimum of 72 hours for orders between $25 – $160 & 1 week for orders over $160. If you are not within this time frame you will be requested to switch you order date. A refund may not be given if you cancel outside of the cancellation window.
  • We have delivery options available however, we have minimal spots and it operated within a delivery window. We are unable to provide you an exact delivery time within that window. We offer delivery within Lethbridge for a fee starting at $7. Out of down deliveries can be requested and a mileage quote will be provided.
  • We will adhere to all Alberta Health Services Covid-19 guidelines and we ask that you do the same when coming into our studio so that we can ensure the safety of all of our guests.
  • Special events & custom orders may require a deposit on your order for board rentals or a portion of pre-payment for larger orders. Payment in full is required 3 days prior to your order date. All details will be provided at the time of order. Deposits on events are non-refundable. Deposits for grazing board rentals will be returned if the items are not damaged.
  • Orders are made fresh and we don’t recommend ordering them more than a day in advance so you can preserve freshness. Your orders can be kept int the refrigerator and should be taken out 20-30 minutes prior to serving so that the cheese can resume to its natural state.
  • All of our products are made by hand and each is arranged it it’s own way. No two products will look identical. Ingredients in our boxes may change due to the season and availability.
  • Our boxes and boards come in a sleek to go box or on a wooden platter (price varies on which option you choose). Box and board size and style may vary however the quantity of the contents will always remain the same.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time due to a variety of factors. We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible.
