Learn how to make your very own Gather & Graze-inspired cheese & charcuterie platter just in time for the holiday hosting. This event is packed with local partners to create a one-of-a-kind experience for you! What Your Ticket For 2 Includes:

• A guided workshop led by Robin from Gather & Graze YQL on the design elements of building a delicious and crowd-pleasing platter. You and your partner will work together to create a cheese & charcuterie platter by choosing from an assortment of artisanal local and import cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, olives, pickles, nuts, etc. Your completed platter will be sealed and can be enjoyed together after the event, or the following night too! Your grazing platter will feed 2 for a meal portion and up to 4 for appetizers and will be displayed on a beautiful wooden platter. ($127 value!)
• You will walk into an elegant and moody event setup by Lethbridge Event Rentals.
• With a tablescape floral display and design by Sonic Bloom and flowers for you to take home! ($25 value!)
• Cheese & Charcuterie setup for each to snack on while you build your grazing platter from Gather & Graze.
• One wooden platter from Whisk & Ladle to display your cheese & charcuterie creation 
• Assorted beverages to sip on from Wine Cavern. 
• Q&A opportunities to help build our craft. 
• We will provide packaging for simple transport of your board after the workshop and to preserve freshness.
